How to Return or Exchange An Item Purchased Online

Customer Service Returns and Exchanges

All returns must be initiated within 14 days of receipt. Please email [email protected] to request a return. All items have to be returned in the same brand-new condition as they were sent out. This means unwashed, unworn, no odors or pet hair, and with the original tags still attached. We inspect every item that goes out and is returned. We take great care in shipping our clothing. Please make sure to send it back in the same condition. Lea’s reserves the right to refuse returns based on their returned condition.

Returns For An Exchange.

We cannot provide exchanges or holds due to limited inventory. If  an exchange is needed we encourage the customer to place a new order for the new item(s) needed and return the other item(s). You should always enclose the original invoice with your return.

Items to be Returned for a Refund

Returns for refunds, please email us at [email protected] that you are returning your item(s).

Refunds shall be issued to your payment source upon receipt of your return. We will then issue you a receipt of refund. We will keep a note of your store credit in our system. Please notify us in future purchase you wish to redeem your store credit on that particular purchase. 

*We cannot accept returns for exchange, store credit, or refund if merchandise is not received by us in specified time period (14 days after it is received by you.) After 14 Days we will only issue store credit and we reserve the right to deduct 20% restocking fee.

Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable. Sales of 30% or greater are considered final sales. Any other sale items shall be for exchange only.

*Refusing a delivery is not an acceptable means to return an item. Refused packages will be treated as unauthorized returns and will be charged 20% restocking fee, plus double shipping, as the carrier charges us both ways.

***We reserve the right to deduct up to 20% restocking fee from returns of large quantity, or high frequency returns who have received free outbound shipping.

Return Shipping.

You are welcome to return mechandise using whatever method you choose, though shipping through an insured, traceable carrier is recommended, as Lea’s is not responsible for loss or damage. Lea’s is not responsible for lost returns, so shipping and tracking are highly encouraged.

***Sales merchandise over 30% is considered FINAL SALE and is not returnable.

We do not accept returns on gift certificates, jewelry, lingerie or undergarments. We are sorry, but shipping charges for your order cannot be refunded and return shipping is at your expense. Insuring your package and using a carrier that allows you to track your package is recommended. Sale items are final.
